In accordance with Article 36 Progress Rules in conjunction with Article 260 paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer KONČAR - MJERNI TRANSFORMATORI d.d. in the observation segment due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in the amount of 32.73 HRK per share.
