In accordance with Article 260, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer KARLOVAČKA BANKA d.d. into observation segment due to the notification of the intention to publish a takeover bid for the company KARLOVAČKA BANKA d.d. by bidders Marko Vuković and Ivan Žabčić.
