In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Čakovečki mlinovi d.d. into observation segment due to unconfirmed media speculations on the interest of the Polish fund from the Enterprise Investors group for investing in the company Čakovečki mlinovi.
