In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer SUNCE KONCERN d.d. into observation segment due to the proposed decision of the General Assembly regarding approval of the Agreement on the merger of dependent companies and increase of share capital.
