In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer DUBROVACKO PRIMORJE d.d. into observation segment due to the proposed decision of the General Assembly regarding transformation of a joint stock company of Dubrovačko primorje into a limited liability company.
