In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Uljanik d.d. into observation segment due to unconfirmed media speculations on delivery letter of intent to the Ministry of Economy on the possible takeover of Uljanik Shipyard and 3 MAJ.
