In accordance with Article 41 of the CE Enter Rules in conjunction with Article 246 paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the financial instrument SNHA in the observation segment due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding reverse stock split.
