In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Atlantic grupa d.d. in the observation due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in amount of 13.50 kn per share.
