In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Plava laguna d.d. in the observation segment due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding capital increase and dividend payment in amount of 1.00 kn per preferred share.
