In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Auto Hrvatska d.d. in the observation segment due to proposal of the decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in amount of 22.00 kn per share.
