In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Arenaturist d.d. in the observation segment due to proposal of the decision to the Management Board regarding capital increase and listing shares on Official market of the Zagreb stock exchange.
