In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer PBZ d.d. in the observation segment due to proposal of the decision to the Supervisory Board regarding dividend payment in amount of 25.33 kn per share
