In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Badel 1862 d.d. in the observation segment due to the decision of CERP on the acceptance of the proposal of the Management Bord of Badel 1862 d.d. regarding capital decrease.
