In accordance with Article 45 of the CE Enter Rules in conjunction with Article 258 paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the financial instrument SPNV-R-A in the observation segment due to the proposal to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in the amount of 22,00 HRK per share.
