In accordance with Article 283, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Sunčani Hvar d.d. in the observation segment due to the obligation to publish the takeover bid of the company Sunčani Hvar d.d. by PTR PRIME TOURIST RESORTS (CYPRUS) LIMITED.
