OT-Optima Telekom d. d., Zagreb, Bani 75/a, announces that Hrvatski Telekom d. d. on 31 January 2020 made public announcement regarding the initiation of the sale process of all of its shares held in the company OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM DD, as in accordance with the decision of the Croatian Competition Agency from 9 June 2017
