InterCapital ETF Ltd., Zagreb, Masarykova 1, adopted on July 30, 2026, minor amendments to the Prospectus of the InterCapital Umbrella UCITS ETF (an open-end investment fund with a public offer).

The minor amendments relate to aligning the text of the Prospectus for Class B sub-funds InterCapital Croatia CROBEX10tr UCITS ETF and InterCapital Slovenia SBITOP TR UCITS ETF, as well as Class A sub-funds InterCapital Romania BET-TRN UCITS ETF and InterCapital Poland WIG30TR UCITS ETF, for listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The amendments to the Prospectus take effect on July 31, 2026.
