Tokić d.d. hereby informs the investment public that, at its meeting held on 11 September 2026, the Company’s Supervisory Board, with the aim of further enhancing corporate governance, investor communication and business transparency, established the Investor Relations Committee as one of its subcommittees.

On 16 September 2026, the Investor Relations Committee held its inaugural meeting, at which Igor Benaković was elected Chairman of the Committee, while Ilija Tokić and Ruža Tokić were elected as members of the Committee.
