The company InterCapital ETF d.o.o., Zagreb, Masarykova 1 (the “Company”), adopted material amendments to the Prospectus of the InterCapital Umbrella UCITS ETF on 25 May 2026.

The material amendments to the Prospectus relate in particular to the following:

In the section governing the investment objectives and strategies of all existing sub-funds (except for the money market sub-fund), the possibility of investing in financial derivatives has been removed.

For certain sub-funds, in the section regulating the investment of a minor portion of assets in short-term debt securities and money market instruments, the scope of permitted issuers has been expanded to allow investments of up to 10% of the net asset value in securities and money market instruments issued by other European Union Member States, in addition to the Republic of Croatia.

For the sub-fund InterCapital EUR Romania Govt Bond 5–10yr UCITS ETF, the management fee has been defined as a fixed current amount, with the previous tiered thresholds being removed.

The amendments to the Prospectus entered into force on 25 May 2026.
