Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Croatian Telcom Inc. (“HT Inc.” or “the Company”) hereby notifies on the acquisition of Company shares by Members of the Management Board of HT Inc. Within the Company`s Share Award Plan (PDD) for the managers, on 12 May 2026 HT Inc. transferred 3,330 Company`s shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) to Members of the Management Board, in the value of EUR 40.34 per share.
