InterCapital ETF Ltd., Zagreb, Masarykova 1 (the "Company"), on April 15, 2026, adopted a non-material amendment to the Prospectus as part of the regular annual update of the InterCapital UCITS Umbrella ETF Prospectus. The annual update includes the inclusion of data on the historical returns of the sub-funds and updating regulations in the introductory part of the Prospectus. The amendments to the Prospectus came into effect on April 16, 2026.
