69076661021, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the company

CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, OIB: 26187994862, for a term of four (4)

years, starting from 25 April 2026 until 25 April 2030.
