Commercial Court in Zagreb, on 31 December 2025, issued decisions No. Tt-25/70286-2 and Tt-25/70287-2, on the basis of which the status change of the merger of the company DALEKOVOD MK Ltd., as merged company, to KONČAR - Metal Structures Ltd., as the acquiring company, will be carried out.
