Commercial Court in Zagreb, on 31 December 2025, issued decisions No. Tt-25/71794-2 and Tt-25/71797-2, on the basis of which the merger of the company INK PROJEKT Ltd.,as the merged company will be carried out with KONČAR Inc., as the acquiring company.
