investment company FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o. made the following acquisition of Company (treasury) shares in the name and on behalf of the Company at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

- On November 11, 2025, 448 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 194.93 per share, representing 0.034% of the Company’s share capital.

- On November 12, 2025, 395 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 196.86 per share, representing 0.03% of the Company’s share capital.
