The Egyptian Competition Authority submitted a decision, that KONČAR Inc. received on January 16, 2025, by which it confirmed that the joint notification of the intention to implement the concentration of entrepreneurs submitted by KONČAR - Electrical Industry Inc. for manufacturing and services with headquarters in Zagreb, Fallerovo šetalište 22 and Siemens Energy Holding B.V. with headquarters in the Netherlands, Stadhouderslaan 900, 2382 BL Zoeterwoude, with the aim of acquiring joint control in relation to the company KONČAR - Transformer tanks Ltd. for manufacturing, with headquarters in Zagreb, Ive Politea 64, Sesvete, is not subject to the obligation to notify a concentration of entrepreneurs.
