The Merger Agreement concluded on 13 November 2024 between the companies KONČAR – Electrical Industry Inc. for manufacturing and services and Advanced energy solutions Llc was delivered to the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb on 13 November pursuant to the provision of Article 517 of the CA.
