On 6 June 2024, the process of acquiring the remaining ownership interests in the company Napredna energetska rješenja d.o.o./ Advanced Energy Solutions Ltd. ("Company") by KONČAR - Ulaganja d.o.o./KONČAR - Investments Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KONČAR Inc. was successfully completed.
