decision granting authorisation to Vitomir Palinec from Zagreb, Kraljevec II. 31,

OIB:94231601950, to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the

company CROATIA osiguranje d.d., Vatroslava Jagića 33, Zagreb, personal identification

number (OIB): 26187994862, for the term lasting from 20 June 2023 to 20 June 2027.
