OT-Optima Telekom d.d. (The “Company”) informs the public that on 23rd of December 2021, has received the following decisions of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries ("HAKOM"):

Decision Class: 344-01/21-01/05, Registration number: 376-05-1-21-09 of December 23, 2021. which abolishes the Company's regulatory obligation to conduct the Test of squeezing the price margin determined within the regulatory obligation to monitor prices and conduct cost accounting on the market of wholesale local access provided at a fixed location and the wholesale central access market provided at a fixed location for mass market products.

Decision Class: UP/I-344-01/21-03/03, Registration number: 376-05-1-21-11 of December 23, 2021. which deregulates the market of access to the public communications network at a fixed location for private and business users and abolishes the Company's regulatory obligation previously set for it in the same market.
