On 9th of July, Croatian Telecom and Zagrebačka banka d.d. made a public announcement that they signed an agreement with the company Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. owned by United Group (United Group B.V., The Netherlands) on the sale and purchase of the shares of the company OT-Optima Telekom Inc. The conclusion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain regulatory preconditions and other contractual conditions.
