Further to the inquiry from the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 7 August 2020, Hrvatski Telekom hereby publishes the following information:

“Pursuant to the Resolution of the Croatian Competition Agency on the conditionally allowed concentration of Hrvatski Telekom d.d. and OT-Optima Telekom d.d. as of 9 June 2017, Hrvatski Telekom has timely started the fulfillment of the obligation in relation to the engagement of the investment bank with the purpose of the Optima sales process.

As HT previously announced, the public announcement of an international advertisement by HT as well as starting of the process for engagement of investment bank represent the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation already known to the public and is not aimed at making the complete sales process public. A public sales process is not in accordance with the best practice and could endanger the implementation of the sales process. In that sense, HT does not plan to make separate announcements on the sales process until it is finished.”
