7 August 2025 a Demerger Agreement has been signed between KONČAR – Metal Structures Ltd., as the company being divided, and KONČAR – Transformer tanks Ltd. as the spin-off, based on which the separation of the business unit for the production of transformer tanks for power transformers into KONČAR –Transformer tanks Ltd. is planned to be carried out, as part of a joint investment project between KONČAR Inc. and the Siemens Energy Group.
