(the “Company”), with its registered office at Industrijska ulica 1, Božjakovina, Republic of Croatia. On 8 April 2026, the transaction was successfully closed, whereby KONČAR Inc. acquired the remaining 25% of ownership share and thereby became the holder of 100% of the ownership shares in the Company.
