At the meeting it was determined that the concentration by which Napredna energetska rješenja d.o.o., acquires sole control over Dalekovod d.d. by means of direct acquisition of the majority of the share capital, although under the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Competition, shall create no impact in terams of significant prevention, limitation or distortion of effective competition on the market or in its essential parts, especially as a result of creating or strengthening the dominant position of the participants and it is in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 paragraph (1) item (2) of the Act on the Protection of Competition.
