Pursuant Art 7 of the Law on Procedure of Transfer of the Governance, Končar – Electrical Industry Inc. Supervisory Board Members proposed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia submitted formal statements to the Government of the Republic of Croatia on 30th December, 2011 putting their terms of office to its free disposition within the open time period.
