In accordance with Article 260, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Đuro Đaković Grupa d.d. into observation segment due to the Issuers announcement regarding decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the granting of a state guarantee for a loan.
