In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Kraš d.d. into observation segment due to the unconfirmed media speculation on takeover of shares owned by KRAS-ESOP d.o.o. by the Mesna industrija Braća Pivac d.o.o.
