In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Hoteli Brela d.d. into observation segment due to initiating the process of merging companies Hoteli Tučepi d.d., Hoteli Brela d.d., Hoteli Zlatni rat d.d. and Hotel Alan d.d. by SUNCE KONCERN d.d.
