In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Croatia Airlines d.d. into observation segment due to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia to initiate the procedure for seeking a strategic partner and the establishment of the Commission for the Implementation of the Procedure.
