In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Hoteli Maestral d.d. into observation segment due to the notice of the CERP regarding the process of collecting binding bids for the purchase 355.520 of the company shares Hoteli Maestral d.d. that three binding bids were received.
