In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Jadransko osiguranje d.d. into observation segment due to the proposed decision of the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in the amount of 200.00 kn per share and changing the name of the Company.
