In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Hidroelektra niskogradnja d.d. into observation segment due to Decision on the initiation of the preliminary procedure in order to determine the conditions for opening the bankruptcy proceedings, published on the e-bulletin board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia.
