In accordance with Article 41 of the CE Enter Rules in conjunction with Article 246 paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the financial instrument TSHC in the observation segment due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in the amount of 600,00 kn per share.
