In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of ZSE Rules, ZSE placed the issuer Končar - distributivni i specijalni transformatori d.d. into observation segment due to the proposed decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in amount of 81.20 kn for ordinary and preferred share and capital increase.
