In accordance with Article 246, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Jadrplov d.d. in the observation segment due to unconfirmed media speculation regarding interest of Atlanska plovidba d.d. for takeover Jadroplov d.d.
