In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer MIV d.d. in the observation segment due to the counterproposal of the decision to the General Assembly regarding capital increase and dividend payment in the amount of 237.30 kn per share.
