In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer HT d.d. in the observation segment due to counterproposal of the decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in amount of 11.09 HRK per share.
