In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer SZAIF d.d. in the observation segment due to the verdict of the Supreme Court of RH restructuring the verdict of the County Court in Zagreb and the Municipial Civil Court.
