In accordance with Article 258, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Jamnica d.d. in the observation segment due to counterproposal of the decision to the General Assembly regarding dividend payment in amount of 5.000,00 HRK per share.
