In accordance with Article 283, paragraph 1 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange placed the issuer Jadranska banka d.d. due to the decision of the General Assembly on approval to the Remedial Administration of Jadranska banka d.d. Šibenik in remediation to withdraw the shares of Jadranska banka d.d. from the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. .
